I have solved this problem by disabling Skype addons in IE via Tools - Manage add-ons.
The error message dissapeared for long time until today.
I was opened a web page with lot of flash and video media.
When "Internet explorer cannot open web page. Operation aborted." message pop again, I checked the Skype addonns. They were still disabled.
So I disabled ALL the addons.
When opened the page again, a traytip message suggested me to enable flash player. I enabled it.
On another page wit shockwave content the tooltip told me to enable Shockwave addons.
Same for the Java plugins and Microsoft media player.
This way I overcame the annoying error message for second time.

Email from admin@microsoft.com is a trojan
Today a friend of mine received an email from admin@microsoft.com. After opening, the Norton antivirus went crazy. He deleted the email bit it was too late. The task manager dissapeared, his computer got slower - all signs of a virus.
Actually, the mail is not from admin@microsoft.com of course. The hackers are useing more and more smart ways as spoofing and using trusted domaind for their emails.
The trojan downloader name is Win32.Grum.
It offers you to install newest version of IE7.
